1：Different alloy composition
aluminium 6063 and aluminium 6061 is belongs to 6 series aluminium plate,6 series is aluminium, magnesium, silicon alloy, 7075 aluminium alloy elements is Aluminium and zinc.
6061 aluminium and aluminium 6063 is more subtle differences, the silicon content of the first one is between 0.4 and 0.8.Magnesium content in 0.8-1.2. But 6063 silicon content in 0.2-0.6, Magnesium content 0.45-0.9. Because of silicon and magnesium content. General said 6061 in terms of hardness is better than 6063. 6061 and 6063 have a great difference in the tensile strength. As the annealing and quenching is different, both in the same condition the former tensile strength is less than or equal to 150-290 and the latter is less than or equal to 135-240.

2:Different product uses
Aluminium 7075 used in the manufacture of aircraft structure and other requirements of high strength, high corrosion resistance of high stress structure parts, mold manufacturing.
Aluminium 6063 for building profiles, and irrigation pipe for vehicle, bench, furniture, fences etc. with the extrusion materials.
Aluminium 6061 requires a certain strength, higher resistance to the various industrial structure. Such as the manufacture of trucks, tower buildings, ships, electric cars, furniture, machinery parts, precision machining, such as the use of tubes, rods, shaped wood, sheet metal.
